vitor, ur program looks very similar to mine, ull probably get good results, one thing i noticed that helps though is to have like 2 compound movements for each bodypart and one exercise that doesnt recruit other muscle groups. for example with chest ill do an incline press at one workout an inlcine dumbell press at another and then at my third workout do incline flyes.

It all looks goods to me. Just, please be careful when you're doing "heavy dumbbell work!!

I learned my bench press technique from a bro who holds state bench records in 3 different weight classes and owns several gyms. He said that the #1 cause of injury he sees is from "heavy" dumbbell workouts. Not that a person cannot do the weight. But when there's problems, things happen fast and one spotter cannot control two dumbbells.

Hmm

I did this today

Biceps -- BarBell Curls
Forearms -- Wrist Curls
Calves -- Seated Calve Raises
Hamstrings -- Seated Leg Curl
Quads -- Squat
4 Sets Reverse Crunches

The weights really hurt my ego, But i got a good pump well see how sore I am tommorw. For my squats I did 20 slow as reps.
