Well, I already have two nice pieces of legit equipment for traps, however I always wanted to make this one and I finally I did so, some time back but I forgot I had the pics.

Lets see some ideas you've came up with.. Shrugs if you don't have DB's that go up that high!

Not creative, but there's no point to being creative in what we do.

1x15-20 OH Press
1x15-20 Pullups (weighted)
1x15-20 Barbell Row
1x15-20 Decline Press
1x15-20 Front Squats
1x15-20 Lunges

Progress with 1-2 reps added every other (or every 3rd) workout and add weight once you hit 20 reps for 2 days in a row. Run for a 6 month blast (~180 workouts).

Every. Single. Motherfucking. Day.
 
Sheet wrapped around top bunk of my kids bunk bed, used for pseudo curls, face pulls, kind of rows. Haha!, nothing super great but better than nothing. Because of stability problems and just fear of something breaking, going slow and controlled, get nice pump!
