liftred all my life on and off (53yo) when I took a long period of say a couple of months or so found myself gravitateing towards the ground I felt like everything was hanging and loose flabby is the word plus I stsarted getting into my old BAD habbits lifting keeps me sane and focused on the right things
I train, and watch what I eat because the two times I stopped both
I put on 35-40lbs of FAT and wound up depressed and hating myself...
and because it feels really good to take off your shirt and like it....
