I've experienced a pain in the last 48 hrs in my left testicle. The pain radiates up into my abdomen area and lower back. I have spoke with my doc and he wants to see me in the morning. The thing that worries me is that there is a definite difference in testicle size when compared to the other(most likely due to swelling) and I have a "cyst" like object attached to the testicle that is VERY sore. Any idea on wtf is up with my nut?

Sorry to read this news. What you refer to as a cyst may not be that at all as it could be part of the normal testicle anatomy...however, the doctor will be able to tell you.

I myself am a Testicular Cancer survivor and I can tell you that it is no fun, MikeS knows me personally and he saw the treatment phase I went threw. But it sound to me like you my have testicular torsion. It is when your nut gets turned around in the sac and causes some pain...then again you never know. If you have any other question's PM me.

The same exact thing happened to me and when the female doc examined my ball, she said that it was a benign growth, meaning no problemo. But it really did scare the peduties out of me.

Well if I had to make a guess, I'd say you have swelling of the epididymal head and possibly an infection. This is known as epididymetis - painful but cureable. I think this is the case since the symptoms came on quick and what you describe fits the bill very well, especially the sudden appearance of a "cyst" which is the inflammed part of the epididymis, right at its end.

Bro... good work definitely get it checked out! My bro had the same issue...I don't want to scare you or cause concern, but his was cancerous. His was also very "hard" in comparison. He had surgery things are just fine because he caught it early and he's now a full fledged member of the "Uni-Ballers" Hope for the BEST!

I just got back in from the doctor. Thats exactly what the doc said it was "epididymetis". He gave me a shot of Rocephen and said that should clear it up.

MY cousin had the same thing and for a while he like oh shit... gonna lose a nut... glad it was nothing too bad...
