I have tried ACV and just can't down that shit no matter what I mix it with.
Back to my question...
Does r-ala maintain insulin sensitivity while using humalog?
Is it as good as metformin?
Is metformin all one would need while running humalog cycle to keep insulin sensitivity high???
I have never even once thought about insulin sensitivity. I don't sweat the small stuff.
I would use the r-ala on off days from the slin. No it's not as good as metformin or doctors would be prescribing r-ala. and metformin should be enough, but a lot of those other supplements have many benefits as well.
Yes, you should--great drug.
So doesetformin not work? Its super cheap!
Has any body used metformin while on slin to keep slin sensitivity high?
If so can you chime in.
Bro.. Come on, metformin/glucophage is as good as it gets for restoring sensitivity.

Does it take a while to kick in fully or is it right away?
Also I usually take 850mg in am, lunch and dinner. Is this correct?
I usually workout at high so I have 2 x 850mg tabs in my system then the last one before bed.
When you get up to 30-40iu of humalog per workout and only need 80-100g of carbs and don't go hypo its time to start thinking about it.

what's it good for?
I remember my Doc saying 2 weeks to see results from metformin.
I was also told the max dose should be 2000mg/daily.

Hey knight, or anybody else i guess. I have a hard time gagging down ACV. Any idea if those concentrated acv caps would come anywhere close to taking the real thing?
