I just got bit by a posionous spider in the "upper thigh" area in june. i didnt train for 8 weeks.... i didnt even eat for 10 days... lost well over 15 lbs... i was dieting too when it happened.... set my training back quite a bit... every year its something.... rotator cuff 3 times (out of gym for 2 years total time), got my knee scoped (1 week.. hobbled around the gym on crutches), and now the spider bite.... sucks
at least i didnt lose my franks and beans.... i heard a lot of horror stories from the Dr about loss of limbs from spider bites...
