I've mentioned this before, but I trained once with Kevin in mid-July 2002. He was 210 lbs and he had been training for about a week after a six month lay off. I later saw him at the Olympia in October and he was 247 lbs. Just amazing.

wow, how can anyone put on that much muscle mass so quickly? not just that but I'm sure his b/f was even lower at the Olympia as well...

I have to concur. I ran into Kevin in the gym about a month before that Olympia. He's a definite freak. He point blank told me he took 6 months off. I had to ask, because my cousin knew him and my cousin always said the same thing about him taking 6 months off.
