I noticed that a lot of people, including myself,are very concerned about HRT and libido, and many of us dont really know about it. im also concerned because im starting TRT, my test level was stuck below 200s, but my libido and sexual function was very strong and i dont want TRT to affect me negatively in that area.So i ask all the HRT vets and knowledgable guy to post everything about libido in connection with HRT:how it works, how to improve it, what to chek in bloodwork, ecc.........

I would say keep your eye on E2 (estradiol). If estorgen is locked in, around 20 you will have a pretty solid libido. If you go on TRT and your estrogen climbs high like around 40+ your libido will tank.

Im no expert but thats what ive gathered through some research and personal experience....hope this helps

e2 and prolactin both are big players in libido.

trt has been awesome for my libido, seriously feel like a college kid again, little buddy is up every morning like he used to be now and always ready to go
