I just wanted to share how great things are and how great life is.
Got my 6 month endocrine labs back and everything is normal and good, including liver enzymes, cholesterol, thyroid, testosterone total and free, and blood panel.
A week into my winter bulk including an oral and had an outstanding day in the gym yesterday. Strength was up and had to load more plates or go to heavier dumbbells on every set consecutively on each movement.
GF is very happy and working hard as well in the gym. And my dog loves me!
We have a new set of friends that are a couple and workout in our gym as well and so understand the whole gym time is mandatory, eating out is great as long as its along a healthy line, and social events are ok as long as its conducive to our gym goals.
Family and career are great as ever!
