lifting daily .so how much is too much

I have been so excited about some new progress. I have been lifting for a year and a half. i am 54 years old I am doing one body part each visit. I am using growth principles for beginners.
I am experiencing no pain or soreness the next day. Do i HAVE to take a day off or can i just keep going day after day. I am lifting to fail with this program so i know im exhausting muscles but i am just not sore the next day. maybe it h HGH and BCAA helping in recovery?
Ideas?
 
Listen to your body. If you feel like you can keep going then go on. Just be honest with yourself on if you're fully recovering between workouts. If you've trained for a year or so and are ready to step it up, hire a trainer. There's a pretty good bodybuilding scene in the area you have listed as your location, I'm sure you could find a quality trainer their, or off the board here.
 
I would recommend logging your sessions. That way you can stay consistent and note if you are progressing or not. Then you will know if you need to scale back the volume
 
I also read the beginner guide by big A and it clearly says not to ever lift two days in a row because even if you are not working the same muscle group you need to give you CNS one day to recover.
 
If you over lift then you don't have time to heal. But hgh is the culprit. When I'm on hgh, I feel the same way.
