Hey guys most of yall probably read about me injury, (seperating rib from sternum) and I am doing high cardio now due to my lack of ability fo put any weight on my chest. I am sure this has come up b4 on the forums but I didnot find anything. Anyone gat any sample plans that I could work with for the next 4 to 8 weeks. :confused:
 
I can make one recommendation for keeping your triceps and chest fairly strong. I don't know if you can do any pressing like pushups or not, but try doing sets of pushups on a medicine ball or a stabilization ball. It will keep your joints and triceps strong and will help with trunk stability overall.
So once you get back into heavy lifting you will not have to make up as much ground.
Make sure you keep your hands together at the thumbs when doing the stabilization ball pushups, they are real tough!
