Brother, your podcast needs to be pushed. You're collecting serious names for interviews on your podcast. Got to get your name out there. I'm aware, you have the vet podcasters impressed. This pod is straight value sir! On one of his recent episodes with his cohost, John spoke generally negatively about using insulin. This surprised me, especially if we’re talking about competitors trying to advance to the next level. But even in the case of the gym rat trying to add size during a mass phase or preserve tissue during a lean phase, I don’t understand why he’d be generally against deploying it. So I don’t necessarily have a specific question, but maybe you can ask him to flesh this out a little more and see how he responds to some push back.I already asked Mike, and I'll have John Jewett on again this Thursday to remake our first podcast. If you have any questions for John, please leave them below!
Nyle (Trensparent podcast) just dropped one with Broderickwhen are you going to interview broderick chavez
Oof, how did it go? Broderick is a rough interview for someone like Nyle with his laid back bro demeanor.Nyle (Trensparent podcast) just dropped one with Broderick

I was wondering if you were being sarcastic. I'm not a fan of Broderick interviews either.i was joking. couldn't care less what that dude has to say
One interesting topic is the use of thyroid meds. Prep vs offseason, t4 only, t4 and t3 combo, or even t3 only year round. You could do a roundtable with Dom Kuza and Nathan Carvalho (optimal nathan in instagram or youtube). Nathan has a few videos with Dom on his youtube, you can get an idea from what get from themTo be honest with you all, I have a massive list of people I'd love to interview, but I often struggle to come up with a topic that's both genuinely interesting and actually valuable for you. I feel like almost everything has already been covered, and I don't want to make the same content over and over again just for the sake of uploading another podcast.
If you have a specific guest in mind and a topic you'd love to hear them talk about, let me know. I'd be more than happy to bend over backwards to make it happen—not just for you, but for myself as well!![]()
keep ur eye on Nathan, not going to spill here but ive heard sum thingsOne interesting topic is the use of thyroid meds. Prep vs offseason, t4 only, t4 and t3 combo, or even t3 only year round. Another interesting topic is the use of meds as profilactic in bodybuilding. Blood pressure medications, SGLT-2 inhibitors, AI (difference between aromasin vs arimidex vs letrozol), statins (when to implement and which one is the best for bodybuilding), etc
One more very knowledgeable guy is Michel Kuhn. A combination of a university post doc researcher for chemistry (including steroids) and an athlete who likes at least 1g of test eheh

I have heard some things about almost everyone in the industry.. it depends from where it comes. I have no idea what he does with his clients or privately but for sure he delivers some good content and that's what I am interested to listenkeep ur eye on Nathan, not going to spill here but ive heard sum things
Last week I posted an article about this on my forum. Next week I'll also try to record a YouTube video on the topic, and why a systemic IGF that's always high isn't necessarily a good thing.Yeah same like mentioned anybody who understands thyroid and how T3 can make your muscle fibre types change like Michel Kuehn
Open minded discussion on SEO choices I may dislike him but Phil Viz has commented transparently
Research and experience with locally growing muscle with gh, igf-1 and insulin can recall Scott Stevenson chatting about humulin r intramuscularly on a podcast cheers
