LIPOSOMAL VITAMIN C

i just came across something thats seems to be great and far superior over all all other forms of VIT C

looks pretty promising to myself , i am going to give it a shot and at least have it on hand.

would like to know what you guys think or share your personal experiences

the more you take the less your absorb normally

i do not have any scientific data on this but i am sure its out there …

Liposomal is more for the users that are interested in taking 1g or more daily

I've heard of pregnenolone being taken in this way to co trol the way it's metabolized etc.

vitamin c taken orally has about a 20% absorption rate, so if you take 1,000 mg of vitamin c orally you're getting about 200 mg into your system, supposedly liposomal provides an 80% absorption rate, but it's all ascorbic acid, it's not real vitamin c...

A good friend of mine has a PHD in Epidemiology... He said Vitamin C Crystals is whats needed.... Also known as Ascorbic Acid Crystals... Only one that absorbs properly...
