I was thinking yesterday, we all store fat in different areas. usually colored people in their butt and thighs and non colored in love handles and back.
While bulking this is where the fat goes and while dieting this is where it comes off from last.
If one was to bulk up, get lipoed in this trouble regions and Than diet down, do you think it would preserve more muscle mass? Because now the guy is ripped everywhere and he doesnt ahve to diet more and endup losing a little bit more muscle mass to get ripped in the trouble regions too.
