I came across this on a website last night has anyone heard of this or have any info on it? Seems liek a decent supplement to add in but kind of expensive.
Sunshine Labs Lipo 8 30ml vial
Each ml contains:
Methylcobalamin 1000mcg
Methionine 25mg
Inositol 50mg
Choline chloride 50mg
Chromium 1.3mcg
l-carnitine 100mg
l-leucine 7.5mg
Pyridoxine 100mg
MIC injection is a compounded blend of lipotropics. They are fat burning amino acids that assist and promote weight loss. The lipotropic compounds consist of methionine, inositol, and choline (MIC). These lipotropic agents work synergistically to help to increase fat metabolism, energy levels, prevent cholesterol buildup. The increase of fat metabolism encourages the body to use fat for energy thus decreases hunger or suppresses appetite. The body gets rid of fat and assist in removal of toxins and wastes from the liver to help with weight loss and detoxification
L-Carnitine is a supplement that is naturally produced in the body. L-carnitine helps the body produce energy. It is important for heart and brain function, muscle movement, and many other body processes. Increasing red blood cell. L-Carnitine supplements will improve exercise performance or endurance.
Methionine assists in the breakdown of fats and thereby prevents the build-up of fat in the arteries, as well as assisting with the digestive system and removing heavy metals from the body since it can be converted to cysteine, which is a precursor to glutathione, which is of prime importance in detoxifying the liver.
Inositol plays an important part in the health of cell membranes especially the specialized cells in the brain, bone marrow, eyes and intestines. The function of the cell membranes is to regulate the contents of the cells, which makes effective functioning possible. Inositol is said to promote healthy hair, hair growth, and helps in controlling estrogen levels and may assist in preventing breast lumps. It may also be of benefit in reducing blood cholesterol levels.
Choline Chloride is an essential nutrient required by the body to make several important compounds necessary for healthy cell membranes. This nutrient helps form phosphatidylcholine, the primary phospholipid of cell membranes. It helps transport of lipids from the liver. Choline is also the precursor to acetylcholine, one of the crucial brain chemicals involved in memory.
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) is part of more than 100 enzymes that engage in amino acid, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, including hormones and neurotransmitters. Pyridoxine provides the added benefit of induced energy levels, which encourages a more active lifestyle.
Methylcobalamin (B12), the most active form of the B12 family. This is what the body converts Cyanocobalamin into. This form of B12 is better absorbed than Cyanocobalamin because it is more bioavailable. Vitamin B12 is an essential component for proper digestion and absorption of foods and for normal metabolism of carbohydrates and fat. It aids in maintaining healthy nerve cells and red blood cells and is needed to make DNA. Vitamin B12 is also involved in homocysteine metabolism and plays a critical role in proper energy, metabolism, immune function and nerve function. Several disorders have recently been linked to possible Vitamin B12 deficiencies. Methylcobalamin also interacts differently with certain neurotransmitters within the brain.
