Liquid egg whites.

Was getting real sick of cooked eggs, so I started chugging them every morning instead, or making a shake with them. When chilled, straight out of the carton. Kinda tastes like milk almost

They are ok when mixed with oatmeal, fruit, and greek yogurt in the blender. But when I try to drink them right from the carton, it just doesn't seem natural haha!

I place a cup of egg whites, 4 tbsps of LBAs, and half a cup of milk. Add creatine, taurine, etc, as required. Shake it up, and drink it. Beats a whey shake any day of the week!!

Drinking them with LBAs is great but I have to feel full so I prefer to cook mine, scramble them up, add some ANPB and scoop of chocolate Whey with some LBAs and some cinnamon....Mmmm my favorite meal of the day.

Has anyone tried the flavored egg whites that are available from some companies? I have seen chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry, but I have never ordered.
When I first began drinking egg whites straight I would add chocolate sugar free syrup, but I can drink them straight now without gagging.

my favorite drink for the last 2-3 months-

1 small carton crystal farms egg whites ( i hateeee the "egg beaters brand" one, is thick and slimy)

2 tbs chocolate LBAs

2 tbs International delight coffee creamer

i just open the top of the carton and pour LBAs and creamer in and shake it... about 62g protein

I use 16oz (small carton) of the Egg Whites, and a few squirts of sugar free chocolate syrup in it, shake it and drink it. Basically Chocolate milk with 50g protein.

Kirkland/Costco egg whites are the best. Mix them with choc lba's and I'm set.


Sometimes I'll pre soak my oaks in water and throw them w/ whites and lba's if I'm in a crunch for a solid meal.

I found a new fast and easy way to take egg whites. I have no issue drinking some plain but for bigger cups I found adding a small bit of stevia and a very small amount of vanilla extract makes a delicious and very fast protein.

Guys, seriously? Liquid eggs? Why? It doesn't make sense to eat liquid eggs as egg albumine is not well absorbed unless it's denaturated. So it's just a waste. And just one of the reasons why liquid eggs don't make much sense.
