liquid egg whites

SSSSH...ITS A SECRET....

My folks have a dozen or so bushes and the are great this year.
Big and sweet. Freeze by the ziplock bagful.

Add two cups of frozen berries,
2 scoops vanilla whey isolates
a splash of light cream (really improves the mixture)
and just enough of those liquid egg whites to get it to blend
maybe 30 seconds blitz
nice chunky slush...

frozen blueberries are excellent by themselves too.
I keep bananas, cherries, grapes and raspberries too.
Glycemic indexes vary on those above
but the blueberries are low GI
tons of antioxidents

too bad about the eggs though....

Except mine had milk and homemade frozen yogurt.
Like i said, probably wouldnt hurt you too bad to do it once in a while, Just wouldnt do it every day. The last thing you want is a biotin deficiency.

Liquid egg whites is what this thread is about. They are not cooked enough to neutralize avidin, and must be cooked to a light scramble before they are at the highest bioavailablillity, as well as destroy the avidin enzyme.

So is there a final solution if you want to drink them not cooked? Take extra biotin? What to do? dont see how eggwhitesintl can still be in business if they say you can drink the eggwhites and they are biogradable when you really cant.

I been drinking a carton in the morning and at night (eq 10 eggs per carton) I get extreme gas on them, no joke. I figure if my body wasnt digesting it properly it would show in my poo, im a wrong? The guys at work tell me to stop b/c the room has to be quarantined for about an hour after a fart.

Funny I came across this I just started taking liquid egg whites. I use them in everything now. Shakes and when fixing foods, even jello....good stuff. Still don't think I can give it up right now....

im pretty sure eggwhitesint are slow cooked so all the protein is bio-available when you drink them...they also have a really high sodium content for some reason, i duno if this is part of the pasturizing process or what...also they are a complete pain in the ass to cook, if youv tried you know what i mean, they dont cook like regular egg whites.

"Slow cooked"..They are pasteurized.. Not 100% bioavailable. More like 50 max. Ive been researching for a while. Including emails to several companies that produce them, including egg whites int. The avidin is still not inhibited, which can cause deficiency when used for a long period of time. They need to be cooked for full BV.

What do you think of the rose acres farms pasteurized egg white Powder. It isn't a liquid, would that be better since it was dried? (as far as absorption goes)

i ordered lanas about a week ago..the case is $40 bucks..im more than half way through it..dosnt last long with me though....

how quick you guys go through one of those?

i love throwing in a cup of egg whites and turkey with some green peppers. stir em up just like scramble eggs, low cals, protien and filling. i have been using em on my cutting diet.
