I found this recipe i believe on this site a while ago, but added my own twist.
2 cups of liquid egg whites ( 50grams protien)
Cinnommin - As much as you'd like..i put a lot since i love it.
Splenda - 2-4 packets , but its honestly not needed.
Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons for me at the moment (30grams fat)
mix this all up in a bowl and place in pam on medium heat....your whole house will smell like the waffle house i promise you lol.
I am a big fan of WaldenFarms products, they make pretty much every condiment you can think of completely CALORIE FREE. Check out chamberliens down the streent from your house by the Oviedo mall. I use their Maple syrup...taste amazing! They have great salad dressings as well.
And i had 2 tablespoons of LBAs to top if off to get my protien requirements
and of course cut up a peice of fruit to throw on top for carbs..i like bananas
I honestly feel like i'm cheating on the diet when i eat this, but it falls exactly into my macro range and is approved meal.
