Liquid from jab under my skin

I ran a course of tb 500 about 6 months back. Did all the jabs in my delts. I didn't go deep enough and ever since both shoulders have squidgy bits on them under the skin. I can feel it and if I use two fingers can massage it but it isn't dispersing.

A few days ago the right one had formed a small head like a spot. So I put a blue pin into it and loads of pus came out. Thought it had gone but it is still there just slightly smaller. Left side hurts a little if I squeeze it but it is just laying under the skin and above the muscle.

What should I do? It isn't hurting unless I push it and then only marginally but I need to get it out.

Could possibly be a cyst but pictures would be a big help. If you have insurance swing by an immediate care and see if they think it should be drained. You can say you were chopping up branches or something and got cut, idk spin something semi believable.
