Yes, we wake up dehydrated and yes it takes time to hydrate upon waking, but chugging water and hyper hydrating is not giving you an accurate crit value, it’s just fishing for satisfaction.didnt i pm you once saying enalapril is the only thing i used to bring RBC's down? and also drinking atleast 2l water before blood drawn, never get blood drawn upon waking without a being hydrated first and testing RBC's
Same thing people do with blood pressure. They check it 20 times. 19 times its high, they get one low reading and think they’re good.
So make sure you are hydrating, but with a reasonable and appropriate amount to get an accurate value.
