Looking to see what others do in detail before their workout. Like the hour or so before. How do you fuel up, what supplements, caffeine, fluid intake, whatever it might be. What works best for you and why?
My routine is about 45 minutes before I'm in the gym, i'll have my second cup of coffee, and eat my oatmeal egg white dish,with fruit. Let that fuel me up and settle for 30 minutes, then i'll drink down my caffeinated BCAA's on my drive to the gym. I'll listen to motivating heavy rock on my to and into the gym... I'll hit 40mg of gold standard whey immediately after training, sometimes, I'll have some during. I also work on my psyche going over my workout mentally as I get to the gym.
