Ok.. long story short.. I was going to drop some fat.. diet is always bad.. that wont change much lol.. but I decided to cut out cookies and candy etc.. stop fast food... eat better but as always hold onto my gains if possible..
I am always a very low dose guy.. the crap scared me to be honest. And I have always felt " bad" anytime I pushed dosages up.. which were still extremely low compared to many.. so I just went with 350 mgs test and 30mgs oral turinabol before workouts. .
Workouts are always three times a week.. day off in between.. I was actually adding new size and joints were feeling good.. but still not dropping the fat like I wanted.. ( did I mention I hate cardio lol)..
So i decided to try something new. T3... never did it.. so let's experiment.. so i started at 12.5 mcg a day.. first week i got kind of a buzz initially from it . .. but felt good.. a bit more focused. Not as foggy in the morning"s etc.
I did this for 2 to 3 weeks.. then I decided I'd up it.. I went to 25mcg a day.. first day i noticed a increase heart rate .. a bit more hyper. But didnt feel bad ... day 2 was even a pulse i could feel with every beat in my chest but loads of energy.. i figure it will get better...
Day 4 I forgot to take my pill in the morning so I took it around 3.. up all night with chest pounding and absolutely no sleep... needles to say 25mcg is not for me nor will I "wait it out"...
Now for many 25mcg is not much at all.. but it was beyond my limit.. 12.5 is my limit.. and to be honest at 12.5 it's probably not going to do a hell of a lot. So I have to just pay better attention to the diet.. not be lazy.. simple as that..
What I've always preached here along with numerous others is " listen to your body"... if you dont feel good at 400mgs of test then stop using 400mgs of test... your body isnt liking it. And adding numerous other compounds to try and rectify it isnt helping. If your getting high blood pressure from a compound lower that dose. Still high ? Get rid of it
There is no set dose for anything.. everything is dose dependant for you.. and just you. If tren makes you feel like crap at 300mgs then try 200mgs.. stop thinking their is a cutoff for a compound to be effective.. when I used to dabble in tren my limit was roughly 150mgs.. I made great gains at that dose.. anything over and my body let me know. Listen to it.. its trying to tell you sonething.. if you are lethargic and dont have a appetite then something is amiss.. your body isnt liking it. It's not a " warrior mentality" to push through it.. lots of tough guys 6 feet under in all walks of life. Know your limits and dont go past them.. you have one body.. don't wear it out before time.. if you feel bad back off the dose it take away the compound.. then work harder.. just my rant..
