little confused about igf-1 and the ghrp6 etc

So i been reading for hours datbtrue post.

now he seems to state igf-1 is worthless? I have thought for years it was pretty much better than hgh for muscle gains. I might be reading it wrong but does he state that igf-1 is ineffective cause the one we use to inject ourselfs is just from our liver n dont effect the muscle cells?

so is igf-1 not worth it?

and what is the best peptide regiem? hgh+slin? or ghrp6 with the cjc plus slin?

or is igf-1 still good i just duno lol.

please help!

i would use stuff that you are comfortable and happy with, lots of people love lr3

i think the mechanism is different here so in terms of GH related effect it is 'worthless' thats how i read it...could be wrong but again use what you like, no need to switch something that works well :)

its not the same as endo igf and its isoform mgf in your cells working para, autocrine vs, lr3 which lowers binding but works with insulin receptors from my reading, so we are comparing two different things.

i like lr3 too for dieting down etc.

I've always liked lr3. From what I have read from dat, it's all been fairly positive and recommends lower dose for longer periods of time to maintain in your system. I've also heard lr3 is pointless because it's been altered but it seems that there are too many positive responses, mine included, to it including it's use during pct. You could also try the other varieties of igf that haven't been altered. I am an advocate of igf. As far as ghrp/ghrh, it seems that the combination 3 x a day is very effective. You get a higher pulse than you would by injecting gh but it peaks and levels drop around two hours where gh injections seem to peak around four hours. This again comes down to preference. Some say they responded better to peptides, and others say peptides can't compare to gh. It may vary from person to person. There is no way to say one is difinatively better. It comes down to how you respond to it and what you expect out of it. Igf is never going to replace aas.
