Yeah its a bitch. All options need to be on the table in order to avoid going under the knife. After years of me keeping it at bay with AI's i finally had to get the surgery. I'm only telling you to do some of the things that helped mine before it got out of control.

In the end guess what aggravated my gyno when it got out of control? SARMS Ostarine !!! I had no AI on hand since i wasnt expecting it, but it turns out that can give you gyno.

Can you tell me how you found your surgeon and if it was covered by insurance? I have had Gyno since 11 years old, so I feel mine may be covered... I a looking to get surgery this year and would like to hear your experience if you are willing to share... PM if you'd like...

The vast majority of Gyno is almost impossible to get covered by insurance. Since yours is from puberty you might have a better chance of getting it covered, but the other problem is most surgeons that do cosmetic surgery just dont take insurance.
