experience so far:

been on a LOT of DNP with PSMF diet... needless to say, i am extremely tired, and i fatigue very easily/quickly.


as such, i lower my reps/volume, and increase the weight i use in order to ensure that my body holds onto as much lean tissue as possible.


the oils are clean and smooth with absolutely 0 PIP.

the liquid anadrol has had me super pumped and veiny despite 0 carbs and DNP

the extra blood flow has really been helpful in cushioning my joints during the heavy sets

so far my strength is holding up extremely well, which is of critical importance when cutting the way i cut.
 
That cycle looks stacked and juicy

was planning on doing rest pause for each movement... but with the amount of frequency im going to be doing, im not sure it will be sustainable at this point.

everything felt solid. pumps from TGC anadrol were pretty damn sweet tbh, veins everywhere.

masteron starting to make me look like granite now that it's effects are beginning to show

nothing brings out vascularity like pulling hard af on a heavy bar.

I go to a small commercial gym, so when I load up the bar to do rack deads, people sometimes stop and watch

I get veins popping out in my chest, neck, forehead... could have sworn I saw one in my cheek right under my eye lol

very intense contraction in glutes. using the bands allowed me to load fewer plates on the machine and spare my knees a bit... didn't even need to use my sleeves, though i probably should have.

instantly moved to thigh abductor machine
worked up to the whole stack in 1 giant set

My former friend/brief traning partner Robert Hatch didnt have any calves either. Got pretty close to a pro card regardless.




im gonna look into why my calves aren't firing. could be a spinal issue

strength was solid. i know the CG floor press numbers are low, but it's like my 5th movement so it is what it is lol. i'll be progressing in it very quickly.


TGC anadrol giving me wicked pumps and veins. has a nasty pump in my traps from training shoulders.


still feeling kinda sluggish... but i haven't been off dnp for 5 days yet, so im gonna see how things progress.



got some more ambien, so im gonna get an excellent sleep on my CPAP tonight

im really able to focus on putting everything i have into each set with this new setup.


muscles feel completely trashed after each workout now lol... loving it so far.


TGC anadrol got me a sweet pump and vascularity as the DNP is really clearing my system and im filling back out.

Wanting to hop on some Mast & NPP soon, been on TRT only for about 2 yrs (minus the DNP of course lol)

I'm curious though, what have you done training-wise for your calves in the past? And are you have an issue with not feeling them work?

truth be told, train them in a pussified way.. because they hurt a lot lol..


should i just train through soreness?



also, the medial head (inside of leg) of my calves don't seem to fire... the outside ones do tho

strength was u on everything. hack squats felt surprisingly good (normally bother my knees).


i feel that they are a very solid lift, and i'll benefit a great deal in mastering how to do them.


TGC anadrol keeping the strength coming. quads were pumped beyond belief, which took a great deal of strain off of my knees


the TGC and Masteron P seem to be doing their thing as well.


my digestion feels a LOT better thanks to the green support supplements that Dante sent me from TN


and the protein mix is still super bomb.. tastes like a nice gentle coffee creamer :eek:

Start slow to get a feeling for the motions, even if it's no weight standing on your toes. Go through the whole range of motion and into a decent stretch, and keep reps lower. I never go above 8 reps on calves.

And mine always hurt like hell the first couple of sets, they feel like they're going to start cramping and are all knotted up but after a few real light warm ups and I can really get into them.

I'd also play around with foot placement, toes pointed in and toes pointed out and try to get that connection of feeling things work.

Our calves get so much work on a daily basis I think most people, myself included, have a hard time feeling things work correctly.
