Hey guys just a nice way to mix up things, to keep your food nice and your diet not boring
Simple Rice cake + protein powder that is all you need
How to make it?
Get a clear bowl and lube the bowl (i use the 1 cal spray) you only need to lube it slightly so it doesnt get stuck in!
Add 2 scoops whey protein, I've only tried this with Sci-Vation no other protein brands...anyways!!!
Add 1/2 cup of water and stir/whip till kind of creamy!
Now the fun part, mash up rice cakes into the bowl and stir, till rice cakes are literally covered in the protein mixture, you may need to add more water depending on how much rice cakes you put in.....BUT you do not want to flood it otherwise the end result is disgusting!!!!
Once you have done this, simply place in the freezer for however long you like....(if its a few hours it comes out immense)
If you do decide to leave it in the freezer for a couple of hours, id take it out about half hour before meal time and it may need 10-20 seconds in the micro!
Anyways end result is basically....chocolate rice krispies, and it is very creamy! It kills all cravings, and the best thing is....the macros are awesome on it
Heres on i made earlier....P-52g C-42g F-(under 5)
Any ??? just ask
