I inject 500mg 3x a week. There are studies that indicate 300mg taken daily orally improved AST and GGT after 3 months. IV, IM and subq are more effective than oral so I’d expect an improvement after 30 days. How do you dose your Glutathione injections?

Dr. David Sinclair’s anti-aging protocol in 2024 includes the following:
- Fisetin: 500 mg
- Lipoic Acid: 300 mg
- Fish Oil (EPA/DHA): ?
- L-Taurine: 2 g
- Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN): 1 g
- Resveratrol: 1 g
- Spermidine: 1-2 mg
- Vitamin D3: 4,000-5,000 IU
- Vitamin K2: 180-360 mcg
- Trimethylglycine (TMG): 500-1,000 mg
- Low-Dose Aspirin: 83 mg
- Metformin: 1 g
- Rapamycin: ?
There is evidence that fisetin has anti-inflammatory, anti-neoplastic, and antioxidant properties. More in vitro and in vivo research is needed to confirm that fisetin has renoprotective effects and to determine the precise molecular mechanisms by which it slows the progression of CKD, including obstructive nephropathy. Patients with renal disease, especially those at a more advanced stage of renal fibrosis or CKD, have rarely been cured by single-agent-targeted therapies. There is a need for additional research into target identification and pathway analysis.

Glutathione is a tripeptide synthesized at cytosolic level, that exists in cells in a reduced form (thiol-reduced-GSH-) and in an oxidized form (disulfide-oxidized). The antioxidant function of GSH has led to speculation about its therapeutic role ...pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
I'd be very curious to see testing results if you did send some of that to Jano. From my understanding TUDCA is not a cheap ingredient and I've seen recommendations elsewhere to avoid cheap TUDCA products in general. So I use TUDCA while on any cycle of orals, its obviously stupidly expensive. I found this TUDCA for super cheap, it seems too good to be true 25 Grams for $27 (and 50 Grams for $39 !!). To put this in perspective , Nutricost who is consistently the cheapest retailer with legitimate quality products sells Tudca 25 Grams for $40.00
Is anyone buying this? (literally and figuratively?)
I see that Jano tests for TUDCA, im tempted to buy a batch of this and send him some.
Bulk supplements usually has some high quality ingredients that test well. They may have third party testing if you request it.I'd be very curious to see testing results if you did send some of that to Jano. @bbxtreme might have some good thoughts on the matter!
