A good while ago I came across Fisetin as something that might protect the kidneys. I think there were some trials in like South Korea to investigate the kidney protecting effect. I initially saw some longevity freaks mention Fisetin. It's a Senolytic they say.

Like this is supposedly one fellas longevity stack:

Someone here posted some study saying 200mg orally of acetyl-l-glutathione was equivalent to 100mg injected.
This one company also has this (as well as the s-acetyl-l-glutathione)

I forget the details but the owner of the company said studies showed these two different varieties accumulated preferentially in different tissues like the kidney and liver and brain. The form of NAC, NACET, I mentioned previously the sellers claim has other advantages over NAC as well apart from just a boost in bioavailability, but it's expensive. I see the NACET is typically paired with glycine as well, one of the three components in glutathione. Since I take a beef collagen supplement, which I think is about 50% glycine, I take my NAC with that, just in case glycine availability is rate limiting in how effective your NAC is. Theoretically there might be a relative lack of glycine, though probably not is my guess as we typically eat so much protein.
Regarding glycine, Patrick Arnold mentioned that he thought a glycine supp post workout could help recovery by being a neurally inhibitory amino acid, I think he recommended 10 grams. Taurine is another one. So I take the collagen with NAC and Taurine immediately post workout, maybe a little theanine as well might be advantageous at that time. Perhaps the NAC might hinder some adaptations to exercise taken so close though, I don't know lol. Just some probably useless overanalyzing, for whatever it might be worth lol. Some think NAC and the glutathione are too strong to be taken continually, weakening the body's natural defenses in the long run; they think a reduced oral glutathione is better (500-1000mg daily.) "Too many direct antioxidants are bad."

So I use TUDCA while on any cycle of orals, its obviously stupidly expensive. I found this TUDCA for super cheap, it seems too good to be true 25 Grams for $27 (and 50 Grams for $39 !!). To put this in perspective , Nutricost who is consistently the cheapest retailer with legitimate quality products sells Tudca 25 Grams for $40.00

Is anyone buying this? (literally and figuratively?)

I see that Jano tests for TUDCA, im tempted to buy a batch of this and send him some.

I'd be very curious to see testing results if you did send some of that to Jano. From my understanding TUDCA is not a cheap ingredient and I've seen recommendations elsewhere to avoid cheap TUDCA products in general.

Bulk supplements usually has some high quality ingredients that test well. They may have third party testing if you request it.

TBH it’s not that TUDCA is “expensive” as much as its other brands over charging for it IMO. Bulk supplements is able to sell it cheaper overall because they don’t have the capsulation and bottling cost. Bulk bags with powder and no scoop will cut back on cost. There is a price for ease and convenience of a capsule.
