From what I've read, oral just hammers the liver. Milk Thistle is used to treat Hep C in the EU, and even here -but not so much Dr directed here. Good for the liver.
Why inj over other methods? Your personal preference or is there a distinct advantage over other methods.
I have been going oral route thinking that is sufficient and have tried inj but the volume is high via sq and I don't need any other im inj as I do enough pinning for my taste.

I was taking it orally when I first purchased it and after reading through Dat's article and doing a little more research I switched to IM injections.
From the research it looks like injections are more effective then when taken orally because it provides higher bioavailability by bypassing the digestive system, first pass metabolism in the liver.
