liver tab experiment. I'm shocked.

Just sounds expensive too me to consume a bottle a day when there is lot of cheaper ways to take in quality protein.

Well there are 500 tabs. And it seems cheap.
The problem his having is like mine.
Eating enough is difficult and shakes bother both of our stomach.
I'm not sure how many types he's tried.

When I was younger I used to get the Uni-Liver - and I have no idea why (maybe the aforementioned calcium%) but I would get the most TORN up stomach when I upped my intake.

From some of my posts - its probably obvious that I don't have the strongest stomach - so it could be just something whacky with me.

I did use the Beverly Nutrition once and didn't have the problem - but it just didn't seem worth the cost.

THAT is pretty much my experience... except when I chewed I just kind of crunched em so they ran through me like little shards of jagged stone!!

Felt like I'd beltsanded the last few feet of colon and my anus with 60 grit every time I shat!!

I wasn't so sure about wanting big muscles there for a while!! I felt maybe I just didn't have the dedication during defecation!!

I've been taking a couple with each of my meals lately but I think I'm fixing to discontinue after this bottle and go back to EAA/BCAA from TN and maybe some humapro tabs for convenience.

None I believe. Universals has to do with all the added crap in the tab that is not liver.

Back in the 80's these were very popular in the south. 50 to 100 a day was normal.
I was training with a guy going after the Mr. Alabama title and he ate handfuls of these all day so I thought I should too.
Tore my guts to pieces and it was like passing 20 raw eggs.
Never touched em again.

Yeah that was the argument I read against it, even if not using steroids. I'ver seen several experts say men should never supplement with iron, they shouldn't even take a multivitamin with iron for example.
Some also said the liver is full of toxins in general, no idea if true or if it's a concern.

How much iron. Because many eat several pounds of red meat a day.
I wouldn't even known where to give blood.

I can't take more than 2 at a time or they do the same to me. I've discontinued use at this point and gone back to EAA/BCAA combo.
May try the LBA's.
Does anyone have any GI issues with the LBA's?
