There a few odd things I would do different than in that video. First of all the guy throw that needle in like he's throwing a dart, so hard and fast the the guy actually jumps when going into his glute! Also, they say 90degree angle, but don't use one in his quad inject! Also, with the thick oil we use in most AAS, no way your going to want or be able to inject no where near that quickly. And lastly, never rub alcohol on your skin 3 seconds before pinning! It will burn like a mother and get alcohol into the site!

First of all, let the alcohol dry a bit, then dont jab so damn hard! I would aspirate for a few seconds (thats just me, to make sure no blood gets in the syringe) then inject SLOWLY! I dont actually massage the site, just apply pressure with an alcohol swab (cotton ball)
