LKG competition debut.......

well the maryland championships were on sat. all i can say it i a soooo damn proud of lkg. she walked on the stage with pride, confidence and gleeming with enthusiasm. and walked away with 3rd place in the tall class. she stuck to the plan and well see for yourself. first is he before picture 168lb, then her after all 126lb of her. AMAZING!!!!!

baby im so proud of you!!!! keep up the great work and welcome to the competitive physique club.

I think the color she picked out looks good on her.

Did she switch outfits close to the show, Lucian? Did she spray tan or paint on the color?

We've done it both ways and I must say...thank heavens for spray tanning...worth the money! Much less hassle.....me and two of my friends painting that stuff on was a lot harder than having Jan Tana spray it on.

she picked the suits a while ago. we did the spary tan. the guy was awesome. did like 5 coats, the glaze, everyhting and was there till the very end. worth every penny!!!

well...

i cannot take the credit for her looking so good. i did train her for the last 8 weeks every day in the gym, however we had some people along the way who helped us. thank you to them includes....

Not to get all Hallmark on everyone here, but there just aren’t very many words that can express the sheer gratitude I feel towards certain people on this board for all of their support. First things first: Lucian, Jerry, my lover, my best friend, my rock. Without you I would have eaten those corn flakes! You have loved and supported me at 168lbs and I know in my heart you’ll be there always. Thank you for being patient, stern, and insightful all at once and all the way through. MAINEVENT, OH-MY-GOD!!! What can I say? Thank you for stepping up to the plate and really exuding compassion, knowledge and all without hesitation to help a girl in need. I won’t go into detail about who abandoned me and why, but let’s just say MAIN really showed his true colors and stepped in to hold my hand through this process. All with great patience—which will always be remembered and appreciated. Mr. Phil Hernon. Again. Mr. Phil Hernon. He predicted my competition weight and he was right! Not a lucky bastard, but a truly competent and knowledgeable resource indeed. It was because of Phil that I even made it ¾ of the way to the show. Thank you. Thank you to all three of you. Special thanks to DoubleR who kept a positive and encouraging attitude all the way through—he’s a great guy, Luc and I are lucky to know him.
