I have found that holding Db’s at the bottom of a Db chest press movement REALLY improved my mobility in my shoulders as well as the ‘handcuff’ stretch (search JP DC stretch on YouTube) for shoulders.
I think most of these stretches will eventually improve mobility but it has to be ‘exercise’ specific, ie a chest stretch using a fly movement won’t necessarily correlate with improved mobility on chest press movements.

Great advice I do all these expect the pull over, I do some else to open the lats and stretch triceps but I can’t remember the name. I almost tore my tricep doing pullover with 120lb db like a yr ago and me pullovers are still not on good terms.
