Searched around but didn’t find any definitive answers or opinions-
I’m dealing with severe joint/ tendon discomfort in my shoulders after overdoing it on Friday ( new workout routine, need to dual volume way down).
Is there any advantage from a healing/ recovery perspective to pinning my daily GH IM in my shoulders rather than the usual sub Q?
I mean, I’m pinning already.
Got TB/BPC on the way too.
