Locked out of my phone and all emails

Hey bros I’m locked out of all my emails and my phone won’t let me call anyone. It’s really weird but I need to call/ text people. Any suggestions on an email service that’s not gonna ask for a backup email (I’m completely locked out even on different computers). This shit is really weird I haven’t even done anything sketchy. Any good emails to use? I can’t even contact my family right now

Gmail locked me out and has a different username suddenly. I can’t even do the back up to my main email which I use to pay all my bills cuz it’s hacked too. No I’m not fuckin 12 G

Create a free email from anywhere. Use that as the backup email. After you get back online, always use VPNs. Seems to confuse the algorithms out there. Makes it hard for big tech to come down on you
