i have been working out for a few years.... Been on forums to try learn them PRO Tips, I have met some decent lads that have helped me - even if its just in Gen-Con to keep the motivation up and keep Passion alive.
i have the Flu atm so not lifting to day and maybe not tomz... feel rough as hell.
Log of the Lifter... 32 year old lad lifting weights daily trying to get Hench like Hulk... trying to get Hench like the Lads i have met online in them Forums.
Anyone into Yoga? haha i joke... damn though, thats some real Motivational boost.
My standard routine is 4 sets of 10 reps (maybe couple more) on every part of the body.
My current weight is 93Kg... 14 stone.
