Today I trained chest.. I had donuts this morning 2glazed 2choc sprinkle and a dozen donut holes with choc milk.. then I had burgers 3x today 3 burgers each time and now I'm eating tacos for supper...

Not really caring about diet until Tuesday after I talk to my doc.. already got set up with CaptainDominate and he's gonna be writing out he diet soon when I tell him I'm ready!

But right now I'm basically getting my supps ready, I want to be drinking protein religiously by Wednesday.. once I get all my diet on track I'll be making serious gains...

Today I trained chest
Went a bit like this

Flat bench barbell
2 warm up sets
1x 135 for 10
1x 225 for 10
2x 315 for 10
Drop set: 1x 405 for 10
1x 315 for 8
1x 225 for 12
1x 135 for 12 (6reps slow negatives last 6)

Incline bench barbel
2x 225 for 10
2x 315 for 8
1x 135 for 10(real slow negative and positive)

Decline hammer:
5x 2plates for 15-20reps

Cable flies superset with dumbbell flies:

3x 60 for 12
3x 60 for 12

Push-ups
3x for 20reps

Will try to remember to catch a gym pic tomorrow

where are they actually...??? abdomen....???

Right directly my belly button and bout an inch above.. I had a tragic surgery when I was 17 and had open heart surgery but they cut me all the way down through my abdominal wall. Docs said it's directly in line with previous incisions so it was bound to happen...

I'll keep y'all updated

Here's a pic of it you can see it but it's not ugly as most guys hernias, I also have a second one bout an inch higher than belly button but it only shows if I lean back and elongate my abs... but I used to have a perfectly symmetrical 8pack so hopefully it won't be bad looking afterwords!


I'm excited to get it done, I've had this hernia for bout 3 years
