All that stuff looks like it would make me smaller. So pretty sure I won't be trying any of that stuff anytime soon.

...but if I didn't care about size, and I was primarily interested in athletic conditioning, I'd do all that stuff. And I'd take Boot Camp classes 2x per week.

I'd be small but athletic. Woohoo!!!

"Muscle Building" exercises...NOT!

In addition...one bad step and your ass over elbows heading the wrong way on concrete steps...not smart, but whatever. :p

but the dips with kettebells gota be one of the dumbest exercises ive ever seen

never heard of a weighted belt? or dumbell
 
They look like the would be great conditioning exercises. I don't have steps, so do other stuff for conditioning.
 
def not something to get big with but you'd be pretty damn conditioned after doing that for a couple months.
 
I will stick to my stairmaster and treadmill thank you.
 
the backwards bear crawl seems like the biggest waste of time ever lol. one of those things that is probably hard as hell, but its effect on muscle and conditioning is probably not that great
