CTP-modified hGH (MOD-4023) was administered weekly at a dose of either 0.25, 0.48, or 0.66 mg/kg/week, and compared to daily hGH at a dose of 0.24 mg/kg/week.

MOD-4023 showed an estimated half-life approximately 5- to 10-fold longer when compared to daily r-hGH. IGF-I and IGFBP-3 showed dose-dependent increase during MOD-4023 treatment. IGF-I SDS for MOD-4023 did not exceed +2. All MOD-4023 cohorts demonstrated adequate catch-up growth. The 0.66 mg/kg/week dose demonstrated efficacy closest to daily r-hGH. No serious adverse events were observed during MOD-4023 treatment, and its tolerability was consistent with known properties of r-hGH.

Seems promising for patients,practitioners..with clear implications in sports and bodybuilding.

The .66mg/kg/wk would translate to 32iu per day for a 250lbs person. It's funny how everyone on the forums freaks out if anyone is taking 10iu per day lol

Haha that's all you brother, imagine dosing too much and dealing with sides for a wrk instead of a few days ? I'll let my more adventurous bros try it out first and establish safe dosing parameters for bodybuilding purposes
