long ester test + cutting

For those of you who use test enan or sust when cutting, how do the doses you use compare to that which you would use when bulking? Are they lower, higher, the same?

Mine are the same when I both bulk and cut. Between 750mg – 1gr of test.

if it changes it shouldn't have much correlation with a bulk/cut. typically when you cut you use cutting gear, enath/cyp/sust doesn't fall into that category due to the water weight which can hinder your ability to "go by the mirror" in terms of progress. Prop is much more common during a cut, and the dose is typically lower. any where from 75mg ED/EOD is very common on a cut.
 
If you control your estrogen to the point at which it is really low, test IS a cutting drug, and a really good one at that. Too many people mistake fat for water retention.

yes, I hate hearing people speak of weight gain/loss, what is weight? fat, water, muscle? would you brag about losing 5lbs of muscle? all gear is fine for a cut as long as you can beat the half life before show day to keep h20 levels in check. But I still don't recommend enath/cyp/sust bec it really messes with your judgment if you're like me (one who goes by the mirror for contest prep)

I need to disagree with you to a point here dave. There is no such thing as cutting gear. Cutting is a term relative to diet. I can get just as peeled on deca or any kind of test as I can on any of the so called cutting compounds. it is all a matter of diet which will determine the outcome of your use. I am only in disagreement of the phrase cutting gear. Water retention is also a mater of diet and water intake, sodium and other electrolyte balance. Don't drink enough water and you will most likely begin to retain water, eat too much sodium and you will retain water. Kick your electrolytes out of balance and you will retain water, not from the gear from your bodies response to a perceived problem.

In answer to the op's question, dose does not change because you are going on a diet, your diet changes because you are going on a diet. Training does not change because you are dieting, calories and composition of those calories does. ;) :D
