I don't view letro as a long term drug for a male to control estro. its too strong IMO and kills lipids, libido, joints etc. Its very effective but seems best when used short term for like a gyno killer or really dry you out for a bit. Perhaps a low dose like once or twice a week maybe but there are other options, cheaper and easier to use long term IMO.
you need to remeber alot of letrozole documentented side effects were recorded during its use for treatment for breast cancer in doses of 2.5mgs daily or higher,
therefore its effects on estrogen, hormones and the rest of the body were alot different to those youd seen in a AAS users
the difference is a breast cancer patient is bascialy killing estrogen and eliminating it, therefore alot of the reported side effects were caused by having such low levels of estrogen for prolonged periods of time
rather a AAS user who usualy has alot of estrogen due to the use of aromatising steroids can use letrozole to help reduce it to normal ranges or acceptable ranges and avoid alot of letrzoles side effects
letro itself doesnt cause alot of sides, its ability to lower estrogen to such low levels is where the side effects begin to arise
dont lower estrogen to unhealthy ranges, and IMO letrozole can be used safely in the long term as a good A.I
