This is what I think too. I have lumps behind my nipplea but I've never had sensitive sore or any feeling in my nipplea but as I've gotten bigger I think its fat and not gyno

I think some people mistake gyno for that as well, when I am off season I tend to have that issue but when I start show prep it tends to disappear.

Evista (raloxifene) worked alot better than nolva at reversing my gyno

I can only vouch for Arimidex, got rid of painful / puffy nips no problem.

I've noticed that as well, I feel like mine is not as bad the leaner I stay and taking now dose nolva

Lower BF = < conversion of test to estrogen. Yes, lower BF = less gyno (in general).

So far it's been about two weeks since I've started 40mg a day of nolva... planning on going 6months - 1 year in the name of science....
To start my gyno never hurt and I'm not running anything except mk and dac currently..

What I've noticed so far...
Nips get super hard at random times ... could cut diamonds with them ahahh
But then go back to puff messes ahah lumps are bout size of a quarter maybe slightly larger... no decrease in size as of yet... will update when I notice any further changes

Even in this one it says it's a human carsigenic but where's the hard evidence ? And in the us study there we zero evidence. Plus u got to remember your dealing with people with known cancer..... ( people who have cancer typically have other forms of cancer) it's very hard to prove cause and effect here...
I want to see more studies! Anyone have anything?

Update! No new progress in shrinking my pre existing gyno... will continue to update.. somedays it seems to be helping.. others I feel like it's growing ahah fml
