i was just wondering what foods or andthing else that can be used to reduce long term probs from as. i dont want my arteries hardening up like rocks when im 50
 
oatmeal, green tea, fish, niacin, policansol keep my cholesterol in ideal range. dropping gh and keeping androgens low-moderate and anabolics high have put my blood pressure back into check along with drinking more water. i feel great & feel i look better now that i have changed alot of things around in my training, nutrition, and supplementation and i feel i am making better quality gains
 
How many bodybuilders have you heard of that this has happened to? Keep eating the right things...cycle on and off....get check ups and you'll be fine brotha.
 
sounds like someone watched "the bodybuilders whos arms exploded" crap and believed it.. :rolleyes:
 
Along with what Edge250 stated, heep your blood pressure as low as possible and use Milk Thistle when on gear to help out the liver.

shit you guys are good i did watch it. i know its full of shit. but it planted that seed in my mind. you guys reassured my research based thoughts. thank you guys where do i get the stuff you mentioned to lower cholesterol? i cant wait any longer than i have to to start inj. im going to take pics now and 6 months from now and blow some minds. all due to the help i have received here on this forum. thank you thank you thank you
 
The long term sides are psychological and physiologic

And if you juice for years,

You will most likely be on hormone replacement for the rest of your life

You will never know what a normal libido is for a 50 year old

You may still have ED issues.

You will have to accept yourself smaller in almost the same manner as a treated anorexic has to allow her view of herself to change in to something different from what it was.

You have to have a balance in activities.

But there is a price to pay for long term heavy continual juicing, but most of us are willing to pay it.
