Long Term Storage of Raw Powders

Lets say you had 800g of Test Powder and you only used 100g per year. What would be the best way to store the powder to make it last as long as possible?

1. Freazer
2. Fridge
3. In a desk drawer
4. Go ahead and make it all up into injectible
5. Other
6. Give it up. It will never last that long

That's a good question.
I heard the freezer in a ziploc bag with silica gel to absorb any moisture but not 100% since I never really got into homebrewing my own.

dark,dry and a place where the temp is constant and not warm is all that is needed from my reading.
