Looking for advise on personal trainers

Thank you all for the advice and kind words. Honestly, I know this is bad of me, but I really don't want to be my own guru...yes I want it spoon fed to me. Between work, going to the gym, trying to keep up with my man's appetite;-) and trying to have some semblance of a social life I just don't care to spend countless hours reading through articles and posts. And honestly I find trying to sort out what works and doesn't work analgous to buying carpet...the more you look the more confused you get...lol.

I will spoon feed you real fast ok...........

eat all natural food, no junk food
do 1 hour cardio a day
drink 4 to 6 cups of coffee a day
no sugar or processed flour

it is that simple. eat when you are hungry, dont force it.

BTW I trained many of my ex gf, not sure if there were hidden benefits, LOL, but I did a pretty good job with them.

once your body becomes used to all natural food, you will lean out very fast in the midsection. coffee helps keep blood sugar in range and stop cravings.

Just wanted to say I enjoy having my personal trainer. Its not that its needed but I do find it helpful. Just something extra to keep pushing you out of your comfort zone and from becoming complacent.

It's Julie....well I should be on my way then. I am eating that way now. Have been for 2 months. Doing the caffeine too. I do think I look better than ever...sorry if that sounds vain. I'm impatient though.

What about exercise routine or is it really more about diet? Should I switch up the routine every so often?

order of importance:

diet
training
cardio
supplements

first two are the most important
you can not have a good diet with bad training
you can not have good training with a bad diet
either one will cause the other to greatly suffer
