Hey guys, looking to come off in attempts to improve my blood sugar. I know nic is a stim and increases metabolic rate. Did anyone here see much of a change in their weight or caloric needs when coming off?
I was off dip for 12 years and went back on in September..I don’t have an addictive personality at all so I can just drop it whenever and will likely do it soon.
Getting back on I do notice the long runs aren’t as hard and high intensity sets are easier…..sometimes.
The stimulate aspect really doesn’t help with fat loss I feel…more the appetite suppressant aspect

Nah, same weight on or off nicotine. If you eat just what you're supposed to eat.
We are bodybuilders, so should generally know the macros we eat per day, say, 3000 calories, Pro Fat Carb numbers more or less. Just eat your normal diet and you'll be fine coming off Nicotine.
What is your calories body what estimated body fat? I'm not so sure it's a significant reason why your blood sugar is high. Now if you want to quit to save $$ that's fine. Try the gym?
I remember back in 04 it was very popular for weight loss, when leptin was all the hype. It blunts appetite and I believe raises our metabolism some, so it's not a bad supplement, but yes expensive.
You may be hungrier without it something to consider. So if your a big eater be careful
