First, to be clear- I asked Big A for permission before posting this.
so here goes:

This was inspired by my own transformation from 100# overweight alcoholic dumpster fire to healthy, responsible father and husband- and by my own son, who has special needs but is super fit and an aspiring bodybuilder. It's all about conquering your demons and improving yourself. You may recall I found this forum and started a thread about "why did you start bodybuilding". Trying to get a good idea of different people's motivation.
The podcast features people who can help teach and inspire others how to overcome adversity and improve their lives- and we are also very much oriented into the fitness and health space - our target audience is "normies", we have a lot of viewers who are new to health, fitness, longevity and human optimization and dipping their toes in these topics.
I would love to have guests who are subject matter experts on body building / powerlifting / strength sports to discuss these two topics:
1) How bodybuilding/strength training can be applied for mental health and wellbeing
2) How bodybuilding and weight training can actually be used for longevity and general health purposes and to improve quality of life.
And of course, if this goes well, there are a million other topics we could cover with all aspects of this sport.
So, if you're interested and consider yourself an expert who can speak intelligently (we try to keep the show PG13- again, general audience) and have some charisma to represent the sport we love- DM me.
