Im just getting back to the gym after a 4 yr layoff. Im looking for some input on some ideas i have and wondering if you guys have any other recommendations. I am 37yrs old 5'9 and in my prime i was 244lbs. Now im at about 240 but have a gut going. i used to run test 750mg wk, tren e or A and usually igf. i ran my last 2 cylces for 20 wks, i didnt run tren whole time i think only about 8-10 wks but cant find my log to be sure. igf i ran on and off 20 days at a time. so here is my question, obviously i am cleaning up my diet and going to kickstart the cardio big time. wondering what i can run to help with the fatloss? i good bro was talking about ghrp-6 with hex awhile back, but he was talking about adding that to a cycle. i see people run it by itself with good results. i have also been reading a little about pgcl.Oh and i have used clen. i have been reading some info on these and it can be a little confusing. dont think i want to go down the path of DNP, shit scares me! wondering what your iput is
