OK im having a real hard time at the moment. I have OCD and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder which have caused me to be highly stressed and unmotivated about... well everything. Just seem to live in my own little world at the moment. I've managed to get myself and wife in debt, get a criminal record (2 cautions, nothing serious but had to quit my job due to police checks they perform) and next month im at court on a drink driving charge. All of these things have been due to me feeling sorry for myself and either looking to drink and gambling to make me feel better. Plus side is this time I stayed away from drugs. Have been eating only 2 meals per day (any old crap), haven't trained in nearly 2 months and dont see any friends (most I quit talking to as they where into drugs and i had to get away from that culture). Point is I need motivation in life. Im back to the gym tommorow, gonna get my eating sorted, walk the dog more,(most importantly) be more of a husband to my wife. Just need more ideas on how to improve things and make myself happier, be more possitive etc.
Any advice greatly appreciated
edit: from a bodybuilding standpoint im gonna take pics so when I improve that'll be able to motivate me more. just abit crap when you dont look good to take photo's.
