I am a 27yr old female, getting back to the gym after a 2 week break. I am looking to shock my body with different workouts, but I am interested in any helpful diet tricks.
I eat clean as it is but I feel that I constantly hit a plateau and I know I am missing something. I am looking to burn fat.
I eat lots of veggies, plain tofu, chicken and tilapia, all 3-4 oz. I have oatmeal in the monrning 1/2 cup and 100grams blueberries, I also eat 1/2 grapefruit and 3-4 eggwhites. I mix in about two or three shakes a day with a small amount of almond butter. I never eat fatty foods, sodas, candy, nothing bad.
My workouts are very good, thats never been a problem for me, but if anyone has any suggestions about diet or workout ideas I am all ears. Thank you!
