I am looking for a few quick protein ideas.. Am trying for 30-32g of protein every
3 hours. I dont really have alot of time to cook, so I usually pack a plastic grocery bag of food for my day the night before. Right now most of my protein comes from sandwhiches of tuna mixed with olive oil and some paprika, lemmon pepper.. I alternate between the sandwhiches and yogurt with whey protein stirred into it. Need some more meal ideas for protein on the go. I also pack alot of fruits, baby carrots and rice cakes. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
